We have decided to postpone the previously scheduled maintenance event. The new maintenance will occur between Nov 27, 6:00 AM UTC, and Dec 4, 6:00 AM UTC.

The decision to postpone the maintenance was made to ensure more thorough testing of the new Timescale and PostgreSQL releases. We are dedicated to delivering a reliable and enhanced user experience, and this additional time will allow us to complete comprehensive testing and validation.

Maintenance Planned Nov 6, 2023 5:51 AM MST

We will perform maintenance to all Timescale services in all regions from Nov 20 6:00 AM UTC, to Nov 27 6:00 AM UTC. Instances will restart during their set maintenance window. No action is required. Services with HA replicas will not experience downtime. Instead, they have one or two switchover events during maintenance, taking less than a few seconds each.

To avoid downtime during this event, add an HA replica to your service.
