Unable to create new services in us-east-1
This issue is now resolved.
A faulty control-plane node was removed and service has been restored to normal.
We will be completing a full RCA into the cause of the issue.
We have identified an issue where customers are currently unable to create new services in North Virginia (US-East-1). This issue is currently being investigated.
Existing services are not affected.
