Service in the CA-CENTRAL-1 region has been fully restored and is operating normally.
We are currently experiencing issues in our CA-CENTRAL-1 region due to an upstream outage. New service creations, logs, and metrics are temporarily unavailable in the UI. Databases already running in this region are operating normally. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
