Scheduled Maintenance 2026-01-19 - 2026-01-26
During our final validation, we identified an issue that could impact the Insights feature. We have decided to pause the remaining maintenance until the identified issue is fully resolved. This decision is purely preventative and ensures that your service experience remains uninterrupted and reliable.
There is nothing you need to do, and there is no impact to your current service.
We will share a separate announcement once a new maintenance window has been scheduled for the affected clusters.

We would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance has been postponed in the following regions:
- us-east-1
- az-eastus2
- az-westeurope

We will be performing maintenance on TigerData services in the following regions:
- ap-northeast-1
- eu-central-1
- eu-west-1
- us-east-2
- us-west-2
The maintenance period will begin on 2026-01-19 at 6:00 AM UTC and conclude on 2026-01-26 at 6:00 AM UTC.
During this time:
- Instances will restart within their scheduled maintenance window.
- No action is required.
- Services with HA replicas will not experience downtime but will undergo a single switchover event during maintenance, lasting only a few seconds.
- To prevent downtime during this event, consider adding an HA replica to your service.
As part of this maintenance, a new minor version of PostgreSQL will be installed.
The corresponding minor version for your current major version will be applied.

- 15.15
