Service creation is not working
Our analysis shows that existing users were not impacted. The issue only affected a small number of customers who attempted to create new databases in the us-east-1 region after a prolonged period of inactivity, and only for a brief window of approximately 40 minutes.
We’re currently experiencing an issue preventing new services from being created in the cloud due to a problematic API call. Our team is actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to existing running services. We’ll keep this page updated with progress.
